I will provide you with a no obligation quote and a design sketch. The quote will be with full details and costs, so that you can clearly see everything which is involved in the project.
I will then work with you to ensure you are happy with the quote and the plan, and agree a start date for the project.
I will usually ask for a deposit to be paid upon agreement of the quote and plan.
